The Rotonda
This is the intersection of Magsaysay Avenue, Panganiban Drive, Roxas Avenue (Diversion Road), and Concepcion Grande. See the photos below before it became a rotonda.
On June 12, the President of the Republic will be here in Naga to raise the Philippine Flag at the Plaza Quince Martires.
As of June 07, 2014 finishes touches are on the way.
