Former Naga Mayor Vicente Sibulo Dies

Vicente Prado Sibulo
July 4, 1925 - October 5, 2011

He served Naga City as Mayor from September 1965 to December 1979.
Condolences to the bereaved family.
His remains will be brought to the Naga City Hall at 8:00 AM for public viewing.

Interment: October 10, 2011
2:00 PM @ Penafrancia Cemetery
