Wow! This is definitely a comeback of the Kaogma Festival. It was always grand when Kaogma Festival started back in 2005 until the former governor of Camarines Sur just had "other stuffs" to mind especially when his term was about to end. Sorry but it's the truth, but now at least summer in CamSur is back on track and is head to head with the hot summer. Have a Hot Kaogma Festival everyone!
