July 15, 2015 - Province of Camarines Norte and some parts of the province of Camarines Sur (Sipocot, Lupi, Ragay, Libmanan, Pamplona, Pasacao, San Fernando, Milaor, and Minalabac)
July 16, 2015 - Province of Camarines Sur (Canaman, Magarao, Bombon, Calabanga, Tinambac, Camaligan, Naga City)
Visit your local tourism office and the Office of the Mayor for the guidelines and application forms.
