Filinvest Land will be bringing in Its smart-value Futura by Filinvest brand to Naga to create a low-density, green and sustainably mid-rise condo community. This new development is aligned with Dreams Built Green - Filinvest Land's commitment to continue creating green and sustainable communities that advocate for the well-being of its residents.

This new green condo community will form part of a bigger mixed-use development at the Heart of Naga City. The company is setting aside over P1 billion to invest in this 1.9 hectare development.
